We had Pando and Duarte pour about 3000 square feet of concrete for us in various sections ranging from a structural monolithic slab for a shop to dyed and stamped patio concrete and a driveway. From start to finish, these guys did a great job for us. The initial estimate and discussion of what we needed was reasonable and easy to coordinate. They communicated well on timeline, things that would affect price, and expectations. They asked questions and clarified what we wanted/needed every step of the way, including suggesting some ideas we hadn't thought of that ended up being what we chose to do. They weren't pushy, but pointed out issues they saw that we hadn't considered including ways to fix or improve the issues. They also had some days where they showed up early, but always let us know ahead of time when they were going to be early to prep for pouring so we could have vehicle shuffling or other prep done ahead of time. Bottom line, they did great work for us and I'd highly recommend them. Their work speaks for itself.
